Backstory :
I originally wanted to draw Amy Rose wearing her old clothes and wonder why it felt breezy, but since I got suspended, I hadto choose a different character. I thought of Rouge the Bat, but since the Admins keep believing she is supposedly underaged, I had to chang AGAIN until to people on fA mentioned the Ghost Girl from Sonic Unleashed.
And...
It was perfect!

Fun fact : Classic Amy Rose(Rosy the Rascal) used to not wear panties.
The proof is in Sonic the Fighters, if she loses and let the camera tourn around, you'll clearly see under her skirt.
